When We Stop Ignoring Our Inner Wisdom, Our Life Expands Effortlessly!

Our inner wisdom guides us through our lives. It tells us what to do next for our growth and helps us overcome challenges. Many of us have completely disconnected from our inner wisdom. We’re running too fast and too hard to know the voice within. When we eat or drink in times of distress rather than quiet ourselves and listen for the voice of reason, we’re abandoning our inner wisdom. When we are cut off from our inner wisdom we inevitably live a life that makes no sense. We lose our trust & confidence in ourselves and begin living small and contracted.

With every pursuit guided by our inner wisdom, we shine a little brighter- we become more open, demonstrative, friendly, outgoing, and sociable. We become more knowledgable and more skilled and begin using our imagination & creativity in larger ways.

If you’ve disconnected from your inner wisdom, it’s possible to reconnect. Here’s how to get started right away:

  1. Stop consuming sugar, flour, processed food and alcohol.

  2. When you want to relax, really relax. Alcohol and electronics DO NOT relax us. Neither does complaining (aka “venting” to a friend). Try a walk in nature, gratitude journaling, or writing a self appreciation list.

  3. Stop consuming all the media! When our brain is inundated with endless words and incoming information & opinions, it’s impossible to hear our own wisdom.

  4. Let there be silence! …In the car, while you’re cooking, folding laundry, on a run, etc…avoid the temptation to drown out your own inner voice.

When you’re connected to your inner wisdom, your life will expand effortlessly. You will become more joyful and satisfied in every area of your life, and it will create results on the scale.
