What I can say about my experience with Lynn is that she has a full circle program that brings awareness to underlying ideas about weight loss that need to be addressed. If you are ready to face your fears about weight loss and what that means to you, you will succeed! This program goes beyond the nutrition and exercise and delves deep into how we think about food. The tools Lynn has given me can cross over into most aspects of my life.

I looked forward to my weekly meetings with her as she can see how/what you are struggling with, especially when you can’t see them for yourself (which is most often the case with me) and she can talk you through and give you tools to use for the next week, and the next week, and the next week. Lynn is compassionate and real and knows her stuff. I see her overflowing with the desire to help others.
