How To Make Time To Achieve Your Weight Goal

People often complain they don’t have the time to devote to their weight loss goals. I’ve noticed it’s often because they’re trying to do too many things at once. As a result, they seldom achieve their most important goals. I like to remind myself, ” I can do anything, but I can’t do everything at one time”. I find that focusing on a few things helps me to create a life I love.

These are suggestions to make time to create what you truly desire:

  • Have fewer goals

  • Remove activities that don’t improve your life

  • Say “yes” less often. Avoid making people-pleasing a goal.

  • Allow fewer digital distractions

It’s also useful to remember it’s our current beliefs that are ultimately creating a lack of time. The following is a list of new beliefs you may want to consider adopting:

  1. Successful people say “no”.

  2. Valuing my time is valuing myself.

  3. I create time for what I’m committed to.

  4. I schedule my priorities.

If you find your day running you, rather than you running your day, you may also find that your life is running you vs. you creating your life. I hope these suggestions help you to reclaim control over your life, so you can create exactly what you want for yourself.
