The Three Step Process To Living Life Empowered & Free
Wondering how you can live life feeling confident and in control? I’ve developed a three step process that will give you the power you need to create permanent weight results- or any other outcome you’re desiring in your life.
Start by visualizing your “ideals”. Create mental picture of what you want in the areas of health, business, and relationships. Firmly attach to these images and refuse to settle for anything less.
Describe the internal qualities you possess in each of these mental images. Are you determined, fearless, a great listener, a fierce supporter, self reliant, courageous, fun loving, affectionate, warm, friendly, committed etc, etc.????
Write down your daily habits/weekly practices based on the those internal qualities. What activities does a person with those qualities engage in every day &/ or weekly. Don’t let your brain tell you “I don’t know” because you do know….innately you know what needs to be done on a regular basis to create the life you truly desire. Plan these activities in your schedule and commit to them until they become habits.
