How To Become A "Smooth Operator" For The Weight Loss Win
I talk about the transformation from “frustrated to fierce” quite often in the marketing of my program. Smooth operators are able to ease their way through life, typically using their words and body language. They’re able to be more persuasive in their speech and behavior. Their smoothness is irresistibly attractive. They seem to live a charmed life. They’re usually subtle and clever because of the increased mental capacity that comes with staying composed.
When we’re “smooth operators”, we have less need to escape the pressure of life with food & alcohol because life just becomes easier. There is less resistance because we’re able to avoid conflict. Opportunities appear out of nowhere. Smooth operators are persuasive in our interpersonal relationships and business negotiations vs. forceful. We accomplish things with efficiency and grace because we’re relaxed.
Smooth operators have winning personalities & polished verbal skills. We know what to say, how to say it, and when to say it. We make success look easy because of our fluidity.
Being smooth does not mean being emotionally numb or cold hearted! Feeling emotion is a very important skill. Breathing into our emotions and allowing them to vibrate all the way through our bodies is crucial to relaxation and operating “smoothly”. It’s only after we allow emotion that we are able to operate from composure and have the mental capacity & verbal impact we’ve been looking for.
