Ability to trust yourself- know you will do what you say you will do
Know you can experience any emotion- there’s no emotion that will permanently harm us if we feel it all the way through and process it.
Your opinion of yourself- think you are good, capable, and worthy in every situation. Choose to think you are strong and competent.
Most of us aren’t self confident because we don’t trust ourselves. We don’t understand how to manage our minds, so we feel out of control with our feelings and actions. We don’t want to feel any negativity so we hide. This leaves us scared to do anything that has the risk of failure, including weight loss.
Increased self confidence comes from changing thoughts about ourselves and being willing to experience discomfort.
