Playing To Win In Weight Loss- and Beyond!

There are two ways to live life: playing to “win”, or playing “not to lose”. For someone who is “playing not to lose”, safety is the goal. They’re very concerned with rejection and other people’s opinions, they invalidate themselves with failure, they don’t take action, and they’re tight. For someone who is “playing to win”, growth is the goal, the don’t fear rejection or haters, they have decisive goals and take offensive action towards reaching their goals, they’re relaxed, they strategize, and they GO FOR IT.

As it relates to weight loss, I teach my clients: how to have a bulletproof relationship with themselves, how to grow in their cognitive/ emotional skills (which carry over into every other aspect of their lives), how to stay relaxed by focusing on what they can control, how to strategize for the win, and how to fail forward by learning from successes and failures along the way. My clients are highly successful in reaching their goal AND they find the journey to be completely rewarding.
