All Unwanted Action Begins With a Thought Error

Ever feel like you're eating against your own will? It's most likely because of a thought error. You've been thinking the thoughts so long, you have no idea you're even thinking them. The good news is, it's never too late to change the thoughts that are causing unwanted desire and unwanted action.

Here are some examples of thought errors:

  • Eating sweets is part of life

  • It's normal to eat to celebrate.

  • Cooking and eating with my family is love.

  • Parties without food and drink aren't fun.

  • Food is one of the most important pleasures of life.

  • Diets are hell.

  • Restriction isn't normal.

  • It's fine to eat it sometimes.

  • Cheating is fun.

  • All foods in moderation.

  • If I feel hungry, it means something has gone terribly wrong
